Preparing the Wok Meal
The HotWok reaches a very high temperature rapidly and distributes the heat evenly.
The most important thing is therefore to have everything ready before you start to stir-fry. Cut all meat and vegetables into even-sized small pieces. The smaller pieces the faster they cook. Arrange all the ingredients in bowls and measure out all liquids. Place the ingredients within reach before cooking. When using the stir-fry cooking method all vitamins will remain in the vegetables and the meat will stay tender.
